These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Xevox Nutrition website (the “Site”) and any purchase of products (“Products”) made through the Site.
By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy (together, the “Policies”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase Products from our Site.
2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
3.1 Food supplements
All Products sold on the Site are food supplements and are not medicines.
3.2 No medical advice
Information provided on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision.
3.3 Product presentation
Images and descriptions of Products are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, colour, size, or appearance may vary.
3.4 Availability
All Products are subject to availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item where applicable.
4. PRICES, VAT & PAYMENT
4.1 Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
4.3 While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we may:
- contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price; or
- cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4.4 We accept payment methods available at checkout, including Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, and Shop (subject to eligibility).
4.5 Payment is taken at the time you place your order (or as otherwise shown during checkout).
5. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
5.1 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase Products.
5.2 You will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
5.3 A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity, pricing errors, address verification issues, or misuse of the Site.
6. ORDER LIMITS & RESALE
Products are sold for personal use only and are not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where we reasonably believe purchases are being made for resale, bulk buying, or misuse.
7. DELIVERY (UK ONLY)
7.1 We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
7.2 Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and dispatch cut-off times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7.3 Delivery is completed when Products are delivered to the address you provide.
7.4 Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
7.5 Missing deliveries
If you believe your order is delayed or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and raise a carrier claim where applicable.
7.6 Risk in Products passes to you on delivery. Ownership transfers once payment is received in full.
8. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Returns, refunds, and eligibility (including hygiene and safety restrictions for supplements) are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
8.2 Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right does not apply to sealed Products where the seal has been broken after delivery.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF ENABLED)
9.1 Where subscription purchase options are offered, details (billing frequency, pricing, and management options) will be displayed at checkout and/or within your account.
9.2 You may pause, skip, or cancel subscriptions in accordance with the instructions in your account portal or by contacting support.
9.3 Once a subscription renewal has been processed for dispatch, it may not be possible to cancel that cycle.
10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
10.1 Promotional offers or discount codes may be subject to specific terms provided at the time of the promotion.
10.2 Unless stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- promotions may be time-limited; and
- we reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
11. WEBSITE USE
11.1 You must not misuse the Site, including by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with Site functionality.
11.2 We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe there has been misuse or a breach of these Terms.
12. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
12.1 If you submit reviews or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
12.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes, unless you request removal.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
13.1 All Site content, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to Xevox Nutrition and protected by intellectual property laws.
13.2 You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
14. IMPORTANT SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
14.1 Supplements are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
14.2 Do not exceed recommended intake. Always read the product label.
14.3 Individual results may vary.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
15.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
15.2 Subject to clause 15.1, we are responsible only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or negligence.
15.3 We supply Products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.
15.4 The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, supplier delays, strikes, system outages, or public health emergencies.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
18. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER & THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
18.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
18.2 No waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
18.3 Third-party rights
No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
