Refund policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Xevox Nutrition.
Due to the nature of food supplements, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.
Returns Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition
- Returns must be authorised before being sent back
Opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping will be introduced in future phases once regulatory and fulfillment standards are fully established.
